These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to all ticket purchases and attendance at AniBeat concerts and related events (the “Events”) organized by AniBeat (the “Organizer”). By purchasing a ticket or attending an Event, you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
- 1. Definitions

- “Organizer” means AniBeat, its affiliates, and authorized representatives.
- “Customer” means any person purchasing or attending an Event with a valid ticket.
- “Ticket” means a valid entry pass (electronic or physical) issued by the Organizer or authorized ticketing agents.
- “Event” means any concert, performance, or related activity hosted by the Organizer.
- 2. Ticket Purchase and Payment

- Payment must be completed using the methods provided (e.g., credit card, electronic payment).
- Ticket sales are confirmed only after full payment has been received.
- The Organizer reserves the right to cancel any order that is incomplete, fraudulent, or suspected of unauthorized activity.
- 3. Ticket Delivery, Transfer, and Resale

- Tickets will be delivered electronically unless otherwise specified.
- Unauthorized resale, duplication, or transfer of tickets is strictly prohibited.
- Tickets obtained through unauthorized channels may be declared invalid without refund.
- Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be reissued.
- 4. Cancellations, Refunds, and Changes

- All sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are permitted except where required by law or expressly provided herein.
- In the event of cancellation or postponement by the Organizer, refund or exchange procedures will be announced on the Website.
- Service charges, transaction fees, and other handling costs are non-refundable.
- The Organizer is not responsible for travel or accommodation costs incurred due to event cancellation or changes.
- 5. Admission and Entry Conditions

- Customers must present a valid Ticket for entry. The Organizer may require photo identification.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person who:
- Fails to comply with staff instructions
- Engages in disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior
- Is found to be intoxicated or under the influence of prohibited substances
The following are prohibited inside the venue:
- Unauthorized photography, video, or audio recording
- Weapons, fireworks, hazardous materials
- Illegal substances, alcohol, or outside food and beverages (unless permitted)
- Customers must comply with venue rules and regulations at all times.
- 6. Event Changes and Force Majeure

- The Organizer reserves the right to change the Event’s program, performers, schedule, or venue due to unforeseen circumstances.
- The Organizer shall not be liable for cancellations or modifications caused by force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, accidents, government actions, epidemics, or technical failures.
- 7. Health and Safety

- Customers attend Events at their own risk.
- The Organizer may implement health and safety protocols (e.g., temperature checks, mask requirements, entry limits) in accordance with public regulations.
- Customers must comply with all such protocols as a condition of entry.
- 8. Intellectual Property

- All Event content (including music, video, images, performance recordings, logos, and Website content) is the property of the Organizer or its licensors.
- Customers may not record, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display Event content without prior written consent.
- 9. Liability and Disclaimer

- The Organizer is not liable for any personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss sustained during attendance at the Event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- The Organizer shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to travel, lodging, or lost enjoyment.
- The Organizer’s maximum liability shall not exceed the total price paid for the Ticket.
- 10. Personal Data
- Customer information collected through ticket purchase will be processed in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy, available on the Website.
- 11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
- 12. Amendments
- The Organizer may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be effective once published on the Website.
